Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and guide organization-wide marketing and communications initiatives
Develop and manage the annual marketing plan and marketing calendar
Prioritize marketing requests and manage project timelines across departments
Coordinate external vendors such as designers, web developers, and specialists
Oversee website updates, digital content, newsletters, and social media materials
Support marketing for fundraising campaigns and volunteer recruitment
Track marketing performance metrics and recommend improvements
Requirements:

Comfortable coordinating external marketing vendors and subcontractors
Experience guiding cross-department marketing planning and prioritization
Familiarity with platforms such as WordPress, CRM systems (e.g., Neon), or Monday.com
