Job Description:

We're looking for someone keen to develop their marketing and communications skills in a professional services environment. You'll be a wordsmith with an appetite for analytics, who enjoys working across media channels to create high performing content targeting our varied audiences. This role requires an enthusiastic individual capable of driving forward marketing initiatives and collaborating with multiple stakeholders. As well as being creative and organised, you'll need to be detail-driven and happy to manage a number of projects simultaneously.

Job Responsibility:

  • Working within Ogier's Marketing team on communications campaigns across all locations and service lines
  • Using all channels including social media, digital and direct marketing
  • Using data to track KPIs and refine marketing campaigns
  • Co-ordinating Ogier's marketing plans
  • Proofing, editing and publishing content across marketing channels
  • Supporting Ogier people in their delivery of effective communication
  • Creating effective briefs and contributing to the effectiveness of agency relationships

Requirements:

  • Relevant marketing qualifications (eg CIM, CIPR) or studying towards qualification preferred
  • Ideally a background in marketing communications, media or digital
  • Ideally experience of professional or financial services
  • Experience in using content management systems
  • Accurate proofing skills
  • Proficient copywriting skills across media channels
  • Proven organisational and administrative skills including the ability to manage and deliver to strict deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and support colleagues
  • Experience of working with agencies

  • Identify areas to optimize CCO & VP’s time and make recommendations in regard to time management, prioritization, and business needs
  • Find opportunities for process optimization throughout team and company processes
  • Prepare and/or build content, presentations and key documents for the CCO & VP using Figma tools
  • Partner with the CMO’s EA to coordinate and prioritize large-scale planning for monthly and quarterly meetings, in-person leadership and full-team offsites, including working with external venues and internal collaborators and cross functional partnership with Marketing and other internal teams to ensure alignment on projects, company achievements, and internal events
