Job Description

Our healthcare client is seeking a Marketing/Communications Coordinator to support their physician outreach and marketing efforts in Bellevue, Washington. In this role, you will build relationships with healthcare professionals, promote clinic services, and enhance their online presence through strategic social media initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and visibility of our services. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity with local travel required.

Job Responsibility

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local physicians, including ENTs, primary care providers, neurologists, and other referral sources
  • Conduct in-person visits to physician offices to introduce and promote clinic services
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for referral partners, ensuring a seamless and positive referral experience
  • Track outreach efforts and monitor referral trends to support growth initiatives
  • Represent the clinic with professionalism, credibility, and industry knowledge
  • Assist in managing social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook
  • Support the creation and scheduling of educational and promotional content
  • Coordinate development and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, referral packets, and email campaigns
  • Assist with website updates and overall digital presence as needed
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in healthcare marketing, physician outreach, or a similar role strongly preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation skills
  • Experience working within referral-based healthcare systems preferred
  • Basic graphic design or content creation experience, including tools such as Canva, preferred
  • Knowledge of HIPAA-compliant communication practices preferred
