We are looking for a part-time Marketing/Communications Coordinator for a two-week contract position with a commercial real estate company in Atlanta, Georgia. This role involves supporting marketing efforts, including creating and updating proposals, managing content, and coordinating marketing materials. Job Responsibility:
Develop and revise marketing pitches and proposals using advanced graphic design skills
Edit and update marketing materials, including listings and promotional documents
Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to complete various administrative tasks
Design and maintain marketing collateral using Adobe InDesign
Update and manage website content through WordPress as needed
Work independently to manage multiple tasks and priorities with minimal supervision
Ensure all marketing deliverables meet high standards of quality and accuracy
Collaborate with team members to align marketing efforts with organizational goals
Requirements:
Proficiency in graphic design with advanced skills in Adobe InDesign
Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
Experience with WordPress for website content updates and modifications
Proven ability to multitask and manage priorities independently
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
