We are looking for a Marketing Communications Coordinator to support integrated marketing efforts for a growing organization in Maple Grove, Minnesota. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone in marketing who enjoys balancing content coordination, campaign support, and cross-functional project management. The person in this role will help strengthen brand communications, contribute to sales enablement materials, and keep key initiatives moving efficiently from concept through execution.
Job Responsibility
Partner with internal marketing and communications stakeholders to organize, revise, and publish website content so digital information remains accurate and up to date
Contribute to the creation and refresh of business-to-business marketing materials, including sales presentations, summary sheets, and other tools that support commercial conversations
Assist with the preparation and execution of conference and event marketing plans designed to elevate brand visibility within the healthcare industry
Gather campaign results from internal teams and outside partners, then consolidate performance data into dashboards and reports that inform ongoing marketing decisions
Oversee schedules, approvals, quality checks, and final deliverables for external agencies and vendors supporting areas such as media, creative, and design services
Help coordinate email marketing, copy development, and related communications initiatives to ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and audience-focused
Support social media and broader content activities by helping maintain organized workflows and ensuring materials align with campaign objectives
Work independently to keep multiple marketing projects on track while communicating status updates and escalating issues when alignment is needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a closely related discipline
Experience in marketing at an early to mid-career level, with interest in healthcare-related communications
