We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis in Wilmington, Delaware. This position involves supporting weekly communications and administrative tasks, and provides an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals eager to grow their marketing skills in a dynamic environment.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare and format the weekly bulletin using Word, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Gather content from approved sources, verify its accuracy, and finalize materials for printing
Manage social media platforms, including posting updates and events to Facebook and Instagram
Assist with website updates, ensuring information is current and aligns with organizational goals
Collaborate with team members to learn and adapt to specific formats and processes unique to the organization
Support the development of marketing campaigns and communication strategies
Ensure all tasks adhere to organizational branding and communication standards
Requirements:
Demonstrated ability to focus on details and ensure accuracy in all tasks
Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with social media platforms and their effective use for communication
Basic knowledge of website content management systems is preferred
Willingness to learn specific organizational formats and processes
Strong written communication skills and proficiency in copywriting
Spanish language skills are a plus but not required
Availability to work on-site part-time, with flexibility for some remote tasks
