Job Responsibility

  • Partnering with change managers to meticulously document change interventions, ensuring clarity and accuracy
  • Creating compelling presentations, talking points, and communications in close collaboration with the Change and Communications team
  • Collaborating with communications and training teams to guarantee consistent messaging across all platforms and initiatives
  • Managing content calendars and communications plans to ensure timely and strategic delivery of information
  • Ensuring brand and messaging consistency across all materials, upholding the organization’s voice and identity
  • Providing essential support for event coordination, contributing to successful and impactful gatherings

Requirements

  • Proven experience in communications, change management support, or a related field
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and consistency
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in creating engaging presentations and communication materials
