We have a vacancy for a motivated and organised Marketing Communications Administrative Assistant to join our marketing and corporate communications team. This is a 1 Year Fixed term contract to cover maternity and will start in July 2026.
Job Responsibility:
Building and distributing email bulletins
Drafting straightforward web pages, articles and news releases
Updating content online
Helping schedule and monitor social media posts across a range of platforms
Assisting with campaign delivery and evaluation
Tracking activity
Distributing publications
Providing administrative support for marketing initiatives
Booking print and advertising
Raising and processing invoices
Ensuring materials are distributed accurately and on time
Requirements:
Has a good standard of education with excellent literacy and numeracy skills
Has a marketing, media or PR‑related qualification, or experience working in a related environment
Can demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
Has solid administrative experience, including minute‑taking and spreadsheet management
Is highly IT literate, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Is confident using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube and LinkedIn
Is well organised, able to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines
Is confident dealing with a range of internal and external customers
