Job Responsibility:
Proactively track and monitor ongoing campaigns across all departments, actively engaging with teams to ensure accurate and timely information gathering
Develop engaging internal communications (e.g., newsletters, videowall content, corporate emails for our global network) and external communications (e.g., LinkedIn posts, press releases, articles) based on gathered campaign insights
Monitor company news and employee-related updates to propose and implement initiatives that foster inter-departmental collaboration and enhance newsletter engagement
Manage employee interview processes, including script development, directing filmmakers, and overseeing post-production
Execute and project manage diverse internal and external events (e.g., sponsorship activations on campus or external venues) based on provided briefings, acting as a pivotal coordinator for all teams, ensuring precise information flow, and guaranteeing flawless execution with meticulous attention to detail
Cultivate and maintain fluid relationships with other agencies within the group to ensure comprehensive communication coverage and foster mutual visibility
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field
Master's degree in Communication or a related field (completed)
Available for full-time employment
Minimum C1 level of English, both written and spoken
Outstanding written communication and editorial skills with exceptional attention to detail
Proven project management abilities, including effective team coordination and leading projects from inception to completion
High degree of initiative, a dynamic and energetic approach, and a strong eagerness to learn and adapt quickly
Excellent interpersonal and social skills, thriving in a collaborative and people-centric role
Nice to have:
Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) is a strong plus
