Job Responsibility:
Contribute actively to the Marketing team and marketing plan to achieve common commercial and brand objectives
Execute marketing communication activities with consistent messaging, tone of voice and brand identity
Adapt global marketing content to the local market to ensure relevance and impact
Lead local campaigns and content projects where required, including: Creative briefing and reviews, Managing production timelines and budgets, Coordinating with agencies and partners, Campaign follow-up and performance evaluation
Work closely with stakeholders across Commercial and other functions to ensure integrated, multichannel execution
Support and deliver communication initiatives as per the agreed communication plan (e.g. sustainability, home solutions, services)
Follow up on performance, capture learnings and contribute to continuous improvement
Act as a role model of IKEA values and contribute to an open, collaborative and sharing culture
Requirements:
Formal qualification in Marketing, Communication or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing Communications, preferably in retail or a multichannel environment
Experience working with creative processes, media channels and marketing production
Good understanding of digital and social media marketing
Strong writing, editing and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks, deliver with quality and meet deadlines
