Multinational company in the automotive sector is seeking a Marketing Communication Manager, based in São Bernardo do Campo (SP), with a flexible hybrid work model.
Job Responsibility:
Define and implement the integrated marketing communication strategy to support Sales targets, covering media, trade marketing and events
Lead branding initiatives to strengthen brand image among customers, drivers and the dealer network
Coordinate external communication, media and trade marketing agencies, ensuring alignment with strategy, budget and compliance guidelines
Plan and execute product launches, campaigns and large-scale events, managing multiple suppliers and stakeholders
Drive digital communication and awareness strategies, including social media, content creation and performance tracking
Act as a key interface with the dealer network, ensuring effective communication of products, campaigns and standards
Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring efficiency and measurable business impact
Ensure strict compliance with internal policies, ESG guidelines and corporate governance standards
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
Solid experience in marketing and communication roles, preferably within automotive, industrial or B2B environments
