Job Description:

The Marketing & Communication Interaction Leader will lead and develop IMC's communication plan towards IKEA Franchisees, develop the M&C Interaction agenda across the IKEA Network, and drive continuous development and innovation of marketing & communication methods and solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and develop IMCs communication plan towards the IKEA Franchisees (Retailers)
Lead and develop the M&C Interaction agenda across the IKEA Network
Secure qualitative market input and insights into the IMC core process
Set business requirements for 'Deliver and Make available' step in IMC Core process
Challenge current ways of working and drive continuous development and innovation of optimal marketing & communication methods, tools, processes, and solutions
Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships
Act as a role model in regard to IKEA Culture, Values, and Code of conduct

Requirements:

Experience of and ability to nurture trustful relationships across all organizational levels
Up-to-date knowledge of today's multi-channel landscape, market, and industry trends
Good knowledge about the IKEA strategic landscape, IKEA concept, brand, values, copy and visual identity, tone of voice, organizational setup, matrix lines, business processes & owners
Experience and ability to lead in the unknown and to quickly adapt to changes in business needs
Facilitates engaging and productive meetings and workshops
Ability to create engagement by presenting to bigger audiences, both live and digital
Fluent in both spoken and written English
