Job Description

Marketing Communication & Digital Marketing Specialist 2 will support global digital marketing initiatives with a strong focus on website management, digital content creation, SEO/SEM optimization, and campaign execution. The role involves designing and optimizing web pages, supporting product launches, creating social and digital assets, coordinating projects, and collaborating with global and regional marketing teams. Job Responsibility

  • Prepare legacy webpages for migration and optimization on the main corporate website
  • Design new and updated webpage layouts and visual mockups using approved design systems
  • Support product launches and sustaining campaigns through web and digital assets
  • Coordinate with regional teams to ensure content approvals and timely handoffs
  • Ensure accessibility compliance and consistent user experience across devices
  • Conduct keyword research for SEO, GEO, and SEM optimization
  • Monitor, analyze, and report SEM campaign performance
  • Create digital content for social media, including videos, shorts, banners, and ads
  • Manage web-related requests and project tracking using Jira
  • Follow up on task progress and communicate status updates
  • Perform additional related duties as required

Requirements

  • 2- 4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or web design
  • Experience managing and designing websites within a CMS environment
  • Exposure to SEO, SEM campaigns, and performance tracking
  • Experience creating multi-channel digital campaign assets
  • Prior experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, medical devices, financial services, or B2B environments is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Irvine, California, 4 days per week
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and digital accessibility standards is a plus
  • Ability to adapt designs for different digital platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines independently
