Job Description

Marketing Communication & Digital Marketing Assistant responsible for supporting tradeshow logistics, marketing operations, event coordination, inventory management, and commercial activities to ensure seamless execution of conferences, meetings, and marketing initiatives.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end tradeshow booth kits and event logistics
  • Organize, label, maintain, and replenish marketing materials and booth kits
  • Coordinate shipping, tracking, delivery timelines, and return logistics
  • Ensure conference booths are fully prepared with correct branding and materials
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and organized storage systems
  • Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements
  • Support execution of marketing programs and commercial activities
  • Organize and distribute marketing collateral and non-sterile samples
  • Assist with meeting planning, vendor coordination, quotes, and PO requests
  • Support professional education events and field engagement activities
  • Coordinate materials for conferences, regional meetings, and sales initiatives
  • Support quarterly business reviews and internal marketing projects
