Marketing Communication & Digital Marketing Assistant responsible for supporting tradeshow logistics, marketing operations, event coordination, inventory management, and commercial activities to ensure seamless execution of conferences, meetings, and marketing initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
Manage end-to-end tradeshow booth kits and event logistics
Organize, label, maintain, and replenish marketing materials and booth kits
Coordinate shipping, tracking, delivery timelines, and return logistics
Ensure conference booths are fully prepared with correct branding and materials
Maintain inventory accuracy and organized storage systems
Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements
Support execution of marketing programs and commercial activities
Organize and distribute marketing collateral and non-sterile samples
Assist with meeting planning, vendor coordination, quotes, and PO requests
Support professional education events and field engagement activities
Coordinate materials for conferences, regional meetings, and sales initiatives
Support quarterly business reviews and internal marketing projects
Requirements:
Experience in marketing coordination, event management, administrative support, or logistics preferred
Experience managing multiple deadlines and operational tasks in a fast-paced environment
