Job Responsibility:

Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for SFMC and Data Cloud implementations
Perform manual and automated testing across various Salesforce modules including Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Audience Builder
Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools
Conduct regression, performance, and security testing to ensure platform stability
Validate data integrations and transformations between Salesforce Data Cloud and external systems
Collaborate with developers and architects to understand platform configurations and data models
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across marketing campaigns and customer journeys
Review and test Ampscript, SQL queries, and automation scripts used in SFMC
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Provide feedback on platform enhancements and new features from a QA Perspective

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in QA engineering
at least 2+ years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud architecture and data modeling
Proficiency in SQL, Ampscript, and scripting languages
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Salesforce certifications (e.g., SFMC Specialist, Salesforce Administrator) are a plus

Nice to have:

Developed and maintained automated test scripts using tools like Selenium or similar
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
