Job Responsibility:

  • Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for SFMC and Data Cloud implementations
  • Perform manual and automated testing across various Salesforce modules including Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Audience Builder
  • Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools
  • Conduct regression, performance, and security testing to ensure platform stability
  • Validate data integrations and transformations between Salesforce Data Cloud and external systems
  • Collaborate with developers and architects to understand platform configurations and data models
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across marketing campaigns and customer journeys
  • Review and test Ampscript, SQL queries, and automation scripts used in SFMC
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide feedback on platform enhancements and new features from a QA Perspective

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in QA engineering
  • at least 2+ years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud architecture and data modeling
  • Proficiency in SQL, Ampscript, and scripting languages
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., SFMC Specialist, Salesforce Administrator) are a plus

Nice to have:

  • Developed and maintained automated test scripts using tools like Selenium or similar
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
