Our leading financial client is looking for a Marketing Cloud Consultant who is a technical expert in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) ecosystem. This role is designed for a high-energy professional who is a master at juggling multiple high-priority projects while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. The ideal candidate will possess a great understanding of email and digital best practices to seamlessly translate marketing strategy into sophisticated execution. We are seeking a proactive team player with a “digital agency” mindset—someone who is comfortable navigating complex data and automation tools in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build and deploy complex email campaigns, automated journeys, and workflows within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Demonstrate superb time management and organizational skills to lead multiple projects across different stages of their lifecycle
  • Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP) to create and run dynamic promotions and real-time campaign experiences
  • Apply a deep understanding of email and digital best practices (design, coding, deliverability, and testing) to every campaign
  • Pull and analyze data, trends, and insights to inform optimization decisions and overarching strategy
  • Act as the interface between onshore stakeholders and our offshore team
  • provide guidance on templatized production asks to ensure quality and brand consistency
  • Maintain strong relationships with investors and internal partners, listening to proposed campaign needs and providing expert technical recommendations

Requirements:

  • Deep technical mastery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is required on day one
  • Expert knowledge of the latest email marketing trends, compliance standards, and digital best practices
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud (CRM) and the integration between CRM and Marketing Cloud
  • Exceptional ability to manage tight deadlines and shifting priorities under pressure
  • A rigorous focus on accuracy, naming conventions, and folder structures within a complex environment
  • 2-5 years of experience preferred (Minimum 2+ years for candidates with diverse digital agency backgrounds)
  • Experience working with large enterprise clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • comfortable interfacing with both technical engineers and business partners
