Job Description

We are hiring a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator/Developer to join a top beauty company based in Clearwater, FL. This freelance position is set to run for 6 months with potential to extend and will be remote (EST hours).

Job Responsibility

  • Support design, development, implementation and QA of marketing campaigns
  • Create and implement custom recipes in Salesforce Personalization Tool – Interaction Studio
  • Support development of all Marketing Cloud Personalization components (templates, content zones, updates to site map, third-party integrations, triggers etc.)
  • Perform quality assurance checks including review of technical design documentation, testing, and rendering validation before campaign deployment
  • Utilize analytics to inform and optimize decisioning logic for personalized offers, product recommendations, and content across various channels
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer segments and behavior to refine decisioning logic
  • Lead discussion and collaborate in identifying campaign automations, triggers and developing solutions
  • Technical understanding of SFMC’s data extension architecture as well as integration and automation capabilities
  • Maintain data integrity, troubleshoot issues, and implement system updates as needed

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on professional experience as an Administrator/Developer of Salesforce Marketing Cloud – preferably in an agency setting
  • Hands-on experience with setting up Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization templates, content zones, and site maps
  • Hands-on experience with writing advance SQL and AMPscript languages
  • Solid understanding of/ experience with data modeling and querying as it pertains to Marketing Cloud
  • Solid understanding of/ experience with the build and optimization of customer journeys, triggered sends, and complex audience segmentation
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
  • Must be able to remain stationary or sit for the majority of scheduled day
  • Able to constantly operate a computer and other office equipment throughout the day
  • Ability to use normal office equipment regularly (computer, printer etc)
  • Ability to lift 10 LBS
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
