Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Project Manager (f/m/x) in the area of Classifieds and Ad Performance to join our team. In this role, you will help identify new growth opportunities and further develop our existing strategy. You will be responsible for the strategic development of our online marketplaces as well as for lead inflow and lead performance. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to implement solutions and projects across the EU, taking Autohero to the next level, in line with the Autohero motto, "Building the best way to buy cars." Your goal is to optimize the performance of our ads and achieve sustainable growth through data-driven decisions.

Job Responsibility

  • Identify and strategically develop new business opportunities in the online marketplace and ad performance areas
  • Work closely with interdisciplinary and European teams to design innovative solutions and new projects that drive our Classifieds strategy forward
  • Analyze performance data to identify optimization potentials and develop targeted actions to improve ad performance and sales
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Product, and Sales departments to ensure smooth implementation of initiatives and achieve the best results

Requirements

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • +3 years of experience in Business Development, Online Marketplaces, Ad Performance, or Digital Marketing, preferably in the B2C sector
  • Solid knowledge of performance metric analysis (KPIs) and the ability to derive strategic actions
  • Strong interest in digital business models, online advertising, and the used car market
  • High level of initiative, problem-solving ability, and teamwork
  • Excellent Spanish and English skills, both written and spoken
