We’re looking for a Marketing Capability Trainer to design and deliver transformative training programmes that equip our teams with the skills to build innovative, customer-centric brand strategies and campaigns.
Job Responsibility:
Create impactful learning experiences across brand strategy, omnichannel marketing, campaign planning, digital marketing and performance measurement which are closely aligned with our business objectives
Tailor training concepts for all levels – from junior marketers to senior leaders – using dynamic formats like workshops, e-learning and peer-to-peer learning
Launch and champion the Marketing Learning & Development Hub in Australia, driving adoption and engagement
Foster collaboration through cross-functional forums and best-practice communities
Identify skill gaps and develop targeted solutions to close them
Partner globally and locally with cross-functional stakeholders and vendors to integrate best-in-class learning
Measure success using feedback and performance data to continuously improve programmes
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field (Master’s highly desirable)
6+ years of hands-on marketing experience across strategy and operations, ideally in pharma, healthcare or consumer health
3+ years designing and delivering marketing training in a matrixed organisation
Strong facilitation, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design across various delivery formats
A creative mindset with real-world marketing insight around challenges and opportunities
Proven project management and change management experience with tangible business results
