Job Description

We're seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to serve as the quarterback for integrated marketing campaigns across creative, merchandising, CRM, media, analytics, and photography teams. This is a highly collaborative role focused on bringing order, focus, and execution to product-driven campaigns.

Job Responsibility

  • Own campaign calendars and end-to-end campaign execution
  • Partner with creative, merchandising, CRM, media, analytics, and photography teams
  • Develop product stories and seasonal narratives that drive engagement
  • Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables across stakeholders
  • Translate campaign performance into insights and recommendations for leadership
  • Collaborate on lifecycle marketing strategies across email, SMS, and customer journeys
  • Present campaign learnings and business updates to internal partners

Requirements

  • 5+ years of campaign management, integrated marketing, or lifecycle marketing experience
  • Experience within retail, ecommerce, consumer products, beauty, home décor, or lifestyle brands
  • Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Ability to synthesize campaign performance into actionable recommendations
  • Experience presenting insights to leadership
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Product storytelling mindset and creative sensibility

Nice to have

  • Oracle Responsys experience
  • Adobe Experience Manager or Adobe Journey Optimizer exposure
  • Familiarity with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, Jira, Wrike, or Airtable
