We're seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to serve as the quarterback for integrated marketing campaigns across creative, merchandising, CRM, media, analytics, and photography teams. This is a highly collaborative role focused on bringing order, focus, and execution to product-driven campaigns.
Job Responsibility
Own campaign calendars and end-to-end campaign execution
Partner with creative, merchandising, CRM, media, analytics, and photography teams
Develop product stories and seasonal narratives that drive engagement
Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables across stakeholders
Translate campaign performance into insights and recommendations for leadership
Collaborate on lifecycle marketing strategies across email, SMS, and customer journeys
Present campaign learnings and business updates to internal partners
Requirements
5+ years of campaign management, integrated marketing, or lifecycle marketing experience
Experience within retail, ecommerce, consumer products, beauty, home décor, or lifestyle brands
Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills
Ability to synthesize campaign performance into actionable recommendations
Experience presenting insights to leadership
Strong organizational and communication skills
Product storytelling mindset and creative sensibility
Nice to have
Oracle Responsys experience
Adobe Experience Manager or Adobe Journey Optimizer exposure
Familiarity with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, Jira, Wrike, or Airtable
