Job Description:

I’m looking for an experienced Campaign Marketing Manager, to shape and deliver high-impact, multi-channel campaigns from concept to optimisation. I’m specifically looking for someone who is strategic, creative and results driven – the perfect blend! In this role, you’ll turn business goals into structured campaign plans, collaborate across teams, and use data insights to drive measurable campaign performance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and lead the brands multi-channel campaign strategy, working cross channel to ensure these campaigns align with both business and brand objectives
  • Identify opportunities and recommends for tactical campaigns, driven by data insights and performance
  • Build engaging and detailed campaign plans (campaign calendar), defining objectives, channel mix, and budgets. Keeping brand concepts and creative at the centre
  • Manage the full campaign lifecycle, from initial briefing and planning through launch, optimisation, and post-campaign analysis
  • Conduct audience, market, and competitor research to inform campaign positioning, creative direction, and channel strategy
  • Work cross functionally, building strong working relations with internal teams including Brand, Digital (all channels) and Partnerships
  • Oversee the production and delivery of creative assets and campaign materials, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with objectives.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in campaign planning, developing and managing a campaign calendar
  • A good cross channel understanding
  • Digital Marketing channels including Email, PPC, Paid & Organic Social
  • Excellent project management skills, ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting and acting upon campaign data
  • Ideally experience working with Partner brands or alongside a Partnership team

Nice to have:

Desired but not necessary: experience delivering campaigns aligned to external brands guidelines and requirements in a retail/trade marketing role or similar
