Job Description:

The Campaign Manager role will be at the forefront of building and developing marketing strategies that bring the Circle K positioning to life, ensuring a point of differentiation amongst our competitive set. Responsible for supporting the development, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns and related activities by providing analytical insights, reporting and actionable intelligence to help guide the decision-making process.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supports new national vendor promotions & campaigns throughout the program life cycle – concept, execution, post-mortem
  • provides ad-hoc support relevant to defining campaign objectives (traffic, sales, etc.)
  • Develops and coordinates standard reporting/analytics deliverables for campaign initiatives
  • Prepares materials, documents and data related to various marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Work hand-in-hand with our internal & Vendor Teams to define success metrics
  • measure and report on the impact of our work
  • and develop models or analyses needed to power our work
  • Develops internal and external presentations as needed for business reviews
  • creates storylines and overlays strategic messages into professional presentations
  • Facilitates optimal collaboration and communication with key stakeholders, both internal and external, and within the various networks of the specific campaign
  • Participates in global team meetings and other forums as needed
  • Ad hoc problem solving and day to day tasks as needed to support the needs of campaign initiatives
  • Flexible with working hours to support global ways of working

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field required
  • MBA preferred
  • Minimum 5 years marketing or business experience, with majority of experience coming from supporting merchandising & CPG vendors
  • Intermediate BI knowledge
  • ability to both apply and interpret data practically for use in real-world scenarios
  • Advanced skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & related Microsoft suite products
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively and identify and resolve problems
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills
  • Must be able to adapt to rapidly changing environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
  • High level of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
  • Must be able to perform the essential duties and responsibilities as described above
  • Must be able to follow state, federal and company guidelines
