Working closely with the National Marketing Manager - Campaigns, the Marketing Lead will play a pivotal role in the team’s success through development and execution of local area marketing programmes and initiatives that drive demand, conversion and retention across G8 Education’s network of early learning centres. This is a highly collaborative role suited to a strategic marketer who loves turning insight into action and enjoys working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
Job Responsibility
Lead and manage Local Area Marketing across G8’s national network of early education centres, including management of the Creative Cubby portal and in-field marketing assets
Partner with broader marketing teams, operations teams and external partners to develop and execute multi-dimensional programs that support corporate objectives and drive demand/retention goals
Seek and identify opportunities to grow our centres as a marketing asset and channel to drive demand, conversion and retention
Develop and execute programmes within our early learning centres, tailored to our core target audiences, creating new opportunities and accelerating existing opportunities
Ensure centre and operational alignment with marketing campaigns and ensure the visibility of marketing’s contribution to driving demand, conversion and retention
Report on KPIs - track, measure and provide progress reports and utilise key data and reports to uncover trends to aid decision making
Collaborate cross-functionally across support office and regions, communicating progress, results and learnings to key stakeholders
Requirements
At least 3 years’ marketing experience in executing and managing marketing campaigns and programmes end-to-end
Multi-brand experience is desirable
Previous experience executing and managing a local area marketing portal is desirable
Strong stakeholder management skills
Proven success in developing and managing demand and lead generation
Knowledge of CRM systems and processes highly desirable
Strong organisational and execution skills with attention to detail and a keen appreciation for the importance of setting objectives, activity tracking and reporting
Hold a valid working with children check or willingness to obtain upon commencement
Nice to have
