Marketing Campaign Analyst is responsible for analyzing campaigns across digital channels, evaluate their contribution to funnel growth, and help marketers make data-driven decisions. Working within the Marketing Analytics team in Krakow, you’ll partner closely with campaign managers, segment analysts, and channel owners to uncover what drives performance — and what to do next.
Job Responsibility:
Analyze campaign performance across paid, owned, and earned channels, translating metrics into insights that guide optimization
Partner with campaign managers to define clear KPIs, track results, and measure impact on funnel wins and open funnel value
Create recurring performance reports and dashboards in collaboration with the BI team using Qlik Sense, from GA4, Salesforce, and other data sources
Identify trends in audience behavior, creative effectiveness, and channel ROI, supporting data-driven decision-making
Present insights and recommendations to marketing stakeholders through clear, structured storytelling
Contribute to post-campaign reviews and quarterly business reviews by connecting campaign outcomes to business results
Requirements:
Analytical thinker with a passion for turning data into business value
Comfortable working with marketing performance data from multiple platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Marketo, etc.)
Familiar with full funnel marketing metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and cost efficiency — and how they tie to pipeline impact
Proficient in Excel/Sheets and comfortable with at least one BI or visualization tool (e.g., Qlik, Power BI, Tableau)
Organized, detail-oriented, and confident presenting findings to non-technical audiences
Hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, data analytics, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience in marketing analytics
Nice to have:
Comfort with complex sales cycles in a B2B organization
Basic understanding of statistical methods, or data modeling concepts
Experience in a global or matrix organization and appreciation for data governance principles
