Job Description

As a Marketing & Business Operations Specialist (CEEI and EAE), you'll support our operations and development projects in the EAE and CEEI regions. Your tasks include handling customer contracts, coordinating projects, and driving key initiatives like new product launches. You'll also handle communication of price changes, generate reports, and identify supply chain opportunities. Your insights will help craft our marketing strategies, and you'll collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to improve our resources. Your experience in operations and project management, along with your computer skills and fluency in English, will be essential in this role. We're excited to welcome you to the team!

Job Responsibility

  • Drive and coordinate regional business support
  • Build/update marketing country mapping tools (market insights) in close collaboration with commercial teams, BU marketing teams and distributors
  • Monitor and drive Salesforce utilization, standards and expectations
  • Analyze market segments focusing on countries/market/product
  • Handle CEEI-related customer contracts, price lists, etc
  • Prepare key market and sales data overviews, including the creation and monitoring of related databases, and actively use Power BI and Microsoft Excel for regular updates
  • Coordinate and monitor regional BU, RA, QA projects and in-country activities
  • Support CEEI/EAE business cases including GTM (go to market) and new product launches
  • Ensure timely communication of price/SKUs changes to customers and internally

Requirements

  • Outstanding analytical abilities with a sharp focus on detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experienced in marketing especially with event organization
  • Preferred experience in business operations or commercial support, along with customer service experience
  • Excellent computer skills in Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience in marketing
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com
  • Proficiency in English
