Support the implementation of the global marketing (Brand) strategy, guidelines and tools for the Brand in the given entity, by proactively proposing options. Develop new and creative ways to raise the image and awareness of the brand in the territory and to elevate customer journey. Support the implementation of the global marketing (Brand) strategy, guidelines and tools for the Brand in the given entity, by proactively proposing options

Ensure the best possible brand presentation in the market with excellence in the execution
Brand Experiences & Event Activations (Main role & responsibilities): Work closely with brand manager to strategize all brand related activities (ATL & BTL) across all level with strong focus on retail and client experiences with a client-centric approach
Be initiative and creative in order to support conceptualizing and executing brand activations such as events, regular activations in POS, and travel & hospitality operations
Collaborate closely with Commercial team, partners, and communities to create experiences that would increase client interest, drive traffic to POS, and lead to sales
Evaluate post-event performance to ensure KPIs are met and provide recommendations for improvement
Proactively track competitors’ animation, promotion, and best practices to strengthen brand plans
Ensure A&P budget planned/allocated for each project are used, consistently monitored, and updated correctly
Brand Scenography (Main role & responsibilities): Execute global visual merchandising strategies to enhance the customer experience and engagement at POS
POS materials order & stock management
Media & Digital: Support the media planning and execution, keeping in mind the need to build brand according to global campaign calendar
Support developing content creation and influence ideas to build up influence
Evaluate post-campaign performance regularly to ensure KPIs are met and provide recommendations for improvement
Media Relations: Translate and proofread press releases
Arrange photo shoots or interviews on-demand
Monthly PR reporting & benchmarks
Others: Initiate discussion and effective communication with relevant departments/stakeholders to generate new ideas, improve workflow process and ensure marketing goals are met
Lead and collaborate with team members in the overall planning and implementation of lead tasks assigned and budget management (PO & Budget follow-up)
Promotes the one-team approach by identifying possible synergies and opportunities for collaboration with teams beyond his/her immediate area of responsibility
Requirements:
Good at office work programs (MS Office / ERP / Work & Digital Tools)
Previous experience in marketing with a work period of at least 5 years
Proficient communication skills in written/verbal English
