Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to support the planning, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel direct marketing campaigns. Based in Budapest, this role is part of the Digital Sales and Marketing team at VOIS and is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience or internship exposure in digital marketing. The successful candidate will assist in campaign briefing, testing, deployment, and reporting, while learning from experienced colleagues and contributing to process improvements.

Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate with senior specialists to execute campaigns across email, SMS, MMS, and other digital channels
  • Assist in preparing and validating campaign briefs, ensuring completeness of assets and documentation
  • Support testing and quality assurance activities, including validation of personalisation and conditional logic
  • Help manage campaign deployment, perform sanity checks, and confirm activation with stakeholders
  • Contribute to campaign reporting and post-implementation reviews using standard templates and trackers
  • Participate in client and supplier check-ins, tracking and resolving issues within SLAs
  • Engage in process improvement initiatives and refresher training sessions
  • Maintain campaign documentation and ensure compliance with quality standards

Requirements

  • 1+ year or internship experience in digital marketing or campaign delivery using automation tools (e.g., Pega, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Marketo)
  • BA degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills in English and a collaborative mindset
  • Organised with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
  • Eager to learn and grow in multi-channel campaign management
  • Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
