We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to design, execute, and optimize automated marketing programs that drive lead generation, nurturing, and customer engagement. This role will focus on building scalable workflows, improving campaign performance, and aligning marketing efforts with sales objectives.
Job Responsibility
Build, launch, and optimize automated marketing campaigns, including lead nurturing, drip campaigns, and lifecycle programs
Manage and maintain marketing automation platforms and CRM integrations
Develop audience segmentation strategies to improve targeting, personalization, and engagement
Partner with marketing and sales teams to align automation workflows with lead generation and conversion goals
Implement lead scoring models and lifecycle stages to improve funnel efficiency
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize open rates, conversions, and pipeline impact
Ensure data integrity, enrichment, and compliance across marketing systems
Support integration of marketing automation with paid media, email, and web campaigns
Requirements
5 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or digital marketing
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
Experience building workflows, segmentation, and lead nurturing programs
Understanding of lead scoring, lifecycle marketing, and funnel management
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate campaign data into insights
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
Experience with the following or similar tools: Marketing Automation Platforms: HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement)
CRM Systems: Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot CRM
