Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and motivated person to join our team as a Marketing Automation Specialist.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing automation workflows across various platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc) to support lead generation, nurturing, and customer retention
  • Set up and manage CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, etc), including data segmentation, property management, and pipeline configuration
  • Create complex workflows using tools like Make.com and Zapier to connect your services and trigger actions based on specific conditions
  • Craft personalized email campaigns, set up lead scoring, manage webinars, and build automation using platforms such as HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, SendPulse etc
  • Implement and maintain tracking and analytics using GTM and UTM parameters for campaign performance measurement
  • Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs using tools like Google Looker Studio (Data Studio) to generate dashboards and performance reports for internal use and client presentations
  • Set up cold email outreach systems, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA)
  • Support integration of marketing platforms with third-party tools and data sources via API connections
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, copywriters, and marketers to create and refine automated campaigns that align with business objectives

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of commercial experience in marketing automation, email marketing, or web analytics
  • Experience managing CRM platforms: Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (functions, formulas, pivot tables, merging sheets, etc.)
  • Basic experience with Google Tag Manager (event tracking, conversion tracking, tag implementation)
  • Full-cycle email marketing experience: audience creation, content creation, email design/development (drag-n-drop or custom), automation setup, and result analysis
  • Experience with process automation tools (e.g., Make, Zapier)
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, SendGrid, ActiveCampaign)
  • Experience with UTM tracking and campaign performance measurement

Nice to have:

  • Experience with GA4: basic setup, custom events, custom reporting
  • Experience with cold email outreach setup
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript for tracking/troubleshooting
  • Basic experience with web scraping
  • Experience with Google Looker Studio (Data Studio) – dashboards and reports
  • Familiarity with lead scoring, segmentation, and nurture campaigns
  • Understanding of CRO principles and best practices
  • Experience with chatbot automation (Drift, Intercom, ManyChat, Tidio, Chatfuel)
  • Experience with SQL and/or BigQuery for data analysis
  • Understanding of custom attribution models and customer journey analysis
  • Experience with API integrations for marketing automation tools
