A strategic and hands-on role focused on designing, executing, and optimizing automated marketing programs across email, mobile, and web channels using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The position manages end-to-end marketing automation systems to drive personalized, scalable campaigns that support customer lifecycle—from lead generation to retention.
Job Responsibility:
Lead automation strategies that support onboarding, nurturing, conversion, and customer loyalty
Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to translate business goals into actionable journeys
Develop segmentation strategies based on lifecycle stage, behavior, and location
Customize messaging and creative for targeted campaigns
Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to improve engagement and conversion
Ensure quality assurance across email rendering and automation workflows
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
Maintain compliance with email regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
Enforce list hygiene and manage opt-in practices
Own reporting and analytics for marketing journeys
Requirements:
Deep understanding of lifecycle marketing and customer journey orchestration
Proficient in AMPScript, SQL, and email testing methodologies
Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience with HTML/CSS for email
5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
