We are hiring a Marketing Automation Specialist to build the systems that make our marketing team faster, smarter, and more effective. This is a hands-on role for someone with experience in marketing automation, lifecycle, CRM, and ecommerce operations. You understand marketing, but your strength is on the technical, operational, and data side. You have worked with tools like Klaviyo, Shopify, Make, and AI tools such as Claude. You know how to turn manual work into scalable systems and help a team produce more, with higher quality.
Job Responsibility:
Build and improve automation workflows across marketing, ecommerce, and operations
Develop systems for lifecycle marketing, segmentation, retention, and reporting
Use AI to increase the speed, scale, and quality of content and campaign production
Improve data flows and help the team make better decisions faster
Prototype fast and iterate in production
Requirements:
2–4 years of relevant experience
Hands-on experience with tools like Claude, Klaviyo, Shopify, Make
AI-native mindset and strong systems thinking
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and retention
Comfortable working with workflows, data, and operational complexity
