We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to support our marketing team on a part-time contract basis (~20 hours per week). This role will focus on building, managing, and optimizing automated marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, lead generation, and conversion. The ideal candidate has experience working with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing campaigns, and understands how to use automation to improve the customer journey and marketing performance.
Job Responsibility:
Build, manage, and optimize automated marketing campaigns across email, CRM, and digital marketing platforms
Develop and maintain lead nurturing workflows and automated customer journeys
Collaborate with marketing, content, and digital teams to support campaign launches and lifecycle marketing initiatives
Segment audiences and manage contact databases to ensure targeted messaging and campaign effectiveness
Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting and insights on key marketing metrics
Implement and test A/B experiments to improve engagement and conversion rates
Ensure data accuracy and proper integration between marketing platforms and CRM systems
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in marketing automation or digital marketing operations
Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar
Strong understanding of email marketing, lead generation, and customer lifecycle marketing
Experience managing CRM data and audience segmentation
Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data
