The Marketing Automation Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing automated marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign. This role bridges marketing strategy and technical execution, ensuring campaigns are personalized, data-driven, and aligned with business goals.
Job Responsibility:
Campaign Execution: Build and deploy email, SMS, and push notification campaigns using Adobe Campaign workflows and templates
Audience Segmentation: Use CDP data and Adobe Campaign tools to segment audiences based on behaviour, demographics, and engagement history
Workflow Management: Configure and maintain campaign workflows, including triggers, tracking, and integration with external services (e.g., SMS gateways, push platforms)
Performance Monitoring: Track campaign metrics (opens, clicks, bounces) and generate reports to assess effectiveness and optimize future campaigns
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, content, and data teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign alignment
Compliance & Governance: Ensure campaigns adhere to data privacy regulations and internal governance standards
Requirements:
Past experience with Adobe Campaign (Classic or Standard)
Proficiency in HTML for campaign customization
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, A/B testing, and personalization strategies
Excellent communication and project management skills
Nice to have:
Exposure to multi-market campaign deployment and localization
Experience in consumer data platforms and audience studio management
