Job Responsibility:
Designing and implementing automated marketing campaigns across email, SMS, social media, and other digital channels to drive lead generation and customer engagement
Developing and maintaining workflows, lead scoring models, and segmentation strategies to deliver personalized experiences at scale
Managing marketing automation platforms (like HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and ensuring seamless integration with CRM systems
Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to align automation strategies with overall business goals
Analyzing campaign performance through KPIs and implementing optimizations to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
Conducting A/B testing to refine subject lines, content, CTAs, and delivery schedules for peak effectiveness
Auditing and improving data hygiene within marketing databases to maintain compliance with privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA
Creating comprehensive reporting dashboards for executives to visualize marketing ROI and overall campaign performance
Partnering with creative teams to deliver compelling, brand-consistent content across automated campaigns
Serving as a subject matter expert on current trends and advancements in marketing automation including AI-driven tools and advanced personalization techniques
Requirements:
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related
Proven experience in marketing automation, digital marketing strategy, or email campaign management
Strong analytical skills with an understanding of measuring campaign success via KPIs
Proficiency in leading marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.)
Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices and deliverability strategies
Experience with data analysis, campaign tracking, and marketing reporting
Ability to translate customer behavior data into actionable campaigns
Hands-on skills in creating and refining lead nurturing workflows
Background in segmentation, targeting, and creating personalized content for diverse audiences
Comfort with A/B testing methodologies and marketing experimentation
Familiarity with compliance standards like GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to customize email templates and troubleshoot issues
Understanding of omnichannel marketing strategies and their automation for consistent customer experiences
Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work across marketing, sales, and technical functions
Knowledge of design-thinking principles and customer-centric marketing practices is a plus
