Robert Half is seeking experienced Marketing Automation Specialists to fill contract roles with companies looking to optimize their marketing workflows and deliver personalized customer experiences.
Job Responsibility:
Design, implement, and manage marketing automation workflows across platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar
Develop and execute automated email campaigns, lead nurturing programs, and customer segmentation strategies
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align automation efforts with business goals
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI
Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
Stay current with automation trends and emerging technologies to keep campaigns innovative
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in marketing automation and campaign management
Proficiency in automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign, or similar)
Strong understanding of CRM systems and integration with automation tools
Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and reporting dashboards
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
