Job Description:

Robert Half is seeking experienced Marketing Automation Specialists to fill contract roles with companies looking to optimize their marketing workflows and deliver personalized customer experiences.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design, implement, and manage marketing automation workflows across platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar
  • Develop and execute automated email campaigns, lead nurturing programs, and customer segmentation strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align automation efforts with business goals
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
  • Stay current with automation trends and emerging technologies to keep campaigns innovative

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in marketing automation and campaign management
  • Proficiency in automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and integration with automation tools
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and reporting dashboards
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills

Bonus points for experience with HTML/CSS and dynamic content personalization
