Job Responsibility:
Build, execute, and optimize automated marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and digital channels
Manage and maintain marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar
Develop lead nurturing workflows, segmentation strategies, and personalized customer journeys
Partner with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align campaign execution and messaging
Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to improve engagement and conversion rates
Maintain data integrity, list management, and compliance with email marketing regulations
Support A/B testing initiatives and ongoing campaign optimization
Assist with CRM integrations and marketing automation platform enhancements
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in marketing automation, email marketing, or digital marketing
Hands-on experience with platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar tools
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce or comparable platforms)
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data
Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and journey mapping
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
