The Marketing Automation Specialist will play a key role in building, deploying, and maintaining automated marketing programs that drive customer engagement and measurable results. This person will collaborate cross?functionally with marketing, sales, operations, and analytics stakeholders to ensure campaigns are executed accurately and aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate is detail?oriented, technically strong, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent workflows in a fast?paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Build, deploy, and optimize automated marketing campaigns across platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or similar systems
Manage segmentation, audience targeting, lead scoring, and workflow logic to support campaign performance and nurture strategies
Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to translate business goals, content, and creative assets into effective automated journeys
Test, troubleshoot, and ensure quality assurance across all automation programs, including dynamic content, triggers, and data integrations
Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement
Maintain marketing automation system hygiene, including data integrity, list management, and compliance with privacy and communication regulations
Partner with sales and operations teams to align lead flow, lead lifecycle stages, and CRM?connected processes
Stay current on marketing automation best practices, platform enhancements, and emerging Martech capabilities
Requirements:
4 years experience working within a major marketing automation platform (Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.)
Understanding of email marketing best practices, engagement strategies, and compliance frameworks (CAN?SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
Ability to build workflow logic, segmentation rules, and dynamic content with strong attention to detail
Analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance data and making data?driven recommendations
Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with cross?functional partners
Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and shifting priorities
Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies, processes, and optimization approaches
