VERY EXCITING MARKETING AUTOMATION PLATFORM MANAGER OPPORTUNITY. Our client, a worldwide leader in personal and professional development programs that make a profound and lasting difference in people’s lives, is seeking a Marketing Automation Platform Manager who is part artist and part scientist to work in their marketing department. This person will report to the Director of Worldwide Customer Acquisition. This is an opportunity to be involved in building out our client’s campaigns from the ground up. This is a big opportunity to become a leader while making a lasting difference for people.

Job Responsibility

  • Works with graphic designers, copywriters, and marketing management to develop and implement campaigns to attract new customers and increase the engagement and loyalty of existing customers
  • Collects and analyzes customer data
  • Continuously tweaks campaigns to optimize performance
  • Runs A/B tests
  • Collaborates with other departments to improve the customer experience

Requirements

  • 2-3 years’ experience with marketing automation platforms (preferably Active Campaign)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable with technology
  • Adept at managing projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a corporate environment
  • Must have strong analytical skills to support data driven decision making
  • Must have an eye for detail and work within the context of continuous improvement
