We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Automation Manager to own the development, execution, and optimization of automated marketing campaigns across the customer lifecycle. This role will work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to deliver personalized, data-driven communication strategies that generate leads, increase engagement, and drive revenue.
Job Responsibility:
Design, build, and manage automated workflows and email campaigns using platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar
Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to develop targeted campaigns that align with business goals
Manage lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing strategies to optimize funnel conversion
Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs (open rates, click-through, conversion), and continuously optimize for results
Ensure data hygiene and integration across CRM and automation platforms
Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices in marketing automation
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or digital marketing
Hands-on experience with tools like Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, Salesforce, or similar
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
