The Marketing Automation Manager role presents a remarkable chance to lead world-class marketing automation initiatives! You will work closely with motivated groups in marketing, product, and technology to guarantee seamless management and improvement of automated marketing journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). Job Responsibility:
Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, encompassing Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Audience Builder, Data Cloud, and Distributed Marketing
Build, configure, test, and deploy automated, multi‑channel marketing campaigns aligned to business goals
Conduct comprehensive QA of workflows to validate logic, timing, personalization, and routing accuracy
Develop landing pages, forms, and data capture experiences using Cloud Pages and Smart Capture
Build and manage audience segmentation, including advanced segments in Data Cloud
Manage lead‑routing and lifecycle automation through journeys and structured automation frameworks
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and data‑related issues to ensure flawless campaign execution
Partner with analytics, marketing and rev ops teams to evaluate campaign performance and provide data-based optimizations
Drive experimentation using A/B and multivariate testing methodologies to improve engagement, conversion, and overall campaign performance
Serve as a subject matter expert on marketing automation tools, staying current with platform updates and providing training and mentorship to team members
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field
Over 3 years of experience in Marketing Cloud working with intricate journeys featuring various decision splits driven by data updates in SF, AMPScript, and several data sources
Over 3 years of experience in Email Campaign Management and delivery leadership, including production and segmentation strategy
Proven experience with automation audience segmentation and A/B or multivariate testing
Knowledge of website analytics tools
Proficiency in HTML and CSS
Proficient in data segmentation (SQL, CDP tools) and data-driven campaign analysis
Proven campaign management experience defining targeting strategies that get results
