A Marketing Automation Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing automated marketing campaigns and workflows. This role works closely with marketing, sales, and technology teams to increase lead generation, customer engagement, and campaign efficiency using leading automation platforms.
Job Responsibility:
Develop, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns using marketing automation software
Build and optimize workflows to support lead nurturing, customer segmentation, and personalized communications
Manage integrations between CRM, marketing automation, and other martech platforms to ensure accurate data capture and reporting
Analyze campaign performance and automation metrics, delivering clear, actionable insights to stakeholders
Collaborate with content, creative, and digital teams to ensure consistency and alignment across channels
Conduct A/B testing to refine campaign elements and drive ongoing improvements
Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations, ensuring all automation activities follow legal and best practice standards
Train and support team members on automation platform features and marketing best practices
Stay current with industry trends and platform updates to drive innovation and effectiveness in automation
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field
Demonstrated experience with leading marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua)
Strong analytical and technical skills, with an ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly
Experience with CRM integration, data management, and reporting tools
Excellent project management and communication abilities
Knowledge of email marketing, lead scoring, and customer lifecycle strategies
