Job Responsibility:
Lead end-to-end marketing automation strategy and execution
Build and optimize campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio)
Develop and manage customer segmentation and lead nurturing programs
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and analytics teams
Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights
Ensure best practices in CRM integration and automation workflows
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in marketing automation or CRM marketing
Strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC experience required)
Experience building multi-channel journeys and automated nurture programs
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
