The Marketing Automation Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimising global marketing automation strategies to drive lead nurturing, engagement, and conversion. This role requires deep expertise in HubSpot, data management, and advanced lead nurturing workflows to support scalable growth and improve marketing ROI.
Job Responsibility:
Configure, maintain, and optimise HubSpot workflows, lists, and integrations
Develop multi-step nurture sequences aligned with buyer journey stages
Ensure data integrity, segmentation accuracy, and compliance with GDPR
Build automated email campaigns, scoring models, and triggers
Monitor KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversion) and optimise workflows
Work with content, sales, and regional teams to align automation with pipeline goals
Requirements:
Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
5+ years in marketing automation, with proven HubSpot expertise
Advanced knowledge of HubSpot, CRM systems, and data management
Strong ability to interpret engagement metrics and optimise workflows
