As customer expectations continue to rise, marketing automation and journey orchestration play a vital role in creating relevant, timely, and meaningful interactions across channels. Our client is looking for a data-driven and curious professional to join their team as a Marketing Automation Coordinator. In this role, you will optimise customer-facing touchpoints across the entire journey, ensuring that every interaction—from SMS to email—adds value and clarity. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, using data, testing, and continuous optimisation to improve conversion and customer satisfaction. Job Responsibility:
Map, analyse, and continuously improve all customer touchpoints throughout the customer journey
Optimise automation flows including timing, content, CTAs, and channel selection
Set up and execute A/B tests to improve conversion and customer satisfaction
Ensure a consistent tone of voice and messaging across all customer communications
Develop personalisation strategies based on segmentation, behaviour, and lifecycle stages
Monitor and report on performance metrics such as open rates, CTR, and conversion
Translate data insights and customer feedback into concrete optimisation actions
Implement new features, trends, and technologies within automation and CX orchestration
Design and coordinate the email marketing strategy and content planning
Share best practices with colleagues across countries and business units
Requirements:
Ambition to further develop your career in marketing automation and customer experience
At least 3 years of experience in customer journey management, CRO, CRM, or data-driven marketing
Past experience in the automotive or service-oriented industry is a plus
Your strengths include analytical thinking, optimisation mindset, and customer focus
Experience with journey mapping, UX principles, segmentation, personalisation, and A/B testing
Working experience with marketing automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Selligent, or HubSpot is a plus
Ability to interpret dashboards and translate insights into practical improvements
Strong communication skills in Dutch (native or fluent), English, and a basic knowledge of French
A collaborative mindset and eagerness to contribute to a safe, high-quality working environment
