Job Description:

The Marketing Operations team is looking for a Marketing Automation Administrator to maintain the integrity and efficiency of our marketing tools (Marketo) in support of the larger marketing team. As part of the larger Revenue Operations team, this role is ideal for a data-driven operator with a deep admin expertise in marketing automation platforms (Marketo) and a passion for driving scalable, automated marketing programs. Will be responsible for overseeing a small team of marketing operations individuals. As a Marketo SME, you will be working closely with the global marketing team and be responsible for optimizing email marketing, nurture flows, lead scoring, and database marketing strategy with a strong understanding of data flows into platforms such as Salesforce, Goldcast, Sendoso, 6sense and other integrations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build, test, deploy email campaigns, advanced nurture sequences, and complex automation workflows in Marketo
  • Manage and optimize web forms, Marketo landing pages, lead segmentation
  • Monitor campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to marketing and sales teams
  • Own the architecture, governance, and optimization of the Marketo instance
  • Maintain and improve data hygiene between Marketo and Salesforce ensuring seamless marketing-to-sales handoff
  • Enforce best practices for database management, GDPR compliance, and campaign tracking
  • Design, implement and manage advanced lead scoring models, and lifecycle workflows
  • Administer and maintain Marketo instance, including user roles, field management, webhooks, APIs and other integrations
  • Own and maintain inbound ticketing system in partnership with the demand generation team to execute campaigns & system developments
  • Work closely with marketing analytics and sales operations to ensure MQLs are properly routed, scored, and followed up
  • Provide training and documentation for all builds and best practices
  • Proactively audit complex and manual campaign execution workflows to simplify steps, automate decision points, and reduce the average campaign build cycle time

Requirements:

  • 8-10 proven years of experience in marketing automation/operations
  • 2 to 3 years in managerial experience
  • Marketo certified business practitioner is required
  • Expertise in Marketo
  • Must have hands-on experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, segmentation, lead scoring, automation workflow and Marketo administration
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
  • Strong understanding of CRM platform, Salesforce
  • Ability to troubleshoot integration issues between Marketo and Salesforce
  • Experience working with global teams and understanding regional compliance laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
