Job Description:

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our remote-first team and support the growth of our marketing and sales initiatives. This role bridges marketing and business development — focusing on understanding our products and services, developing strategies to promote them and attract qualified interest, and creating materials that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in marketing communications and is passionate about helping position our company and products effectively in the cryptocurrency mining and data center space. We’re looking for someone who will learn our industry and build trust with our audience through education and strategic storytelling.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to learn and understand Dataprana’s products, services, and client use cases
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to create product messaging and copy that highlights the unique features and benefits of Dataprana’s offerings
  • Assist in developing product positioning, messaging frameworks, and sales enablement resources that align with target customer segments, in collaboration with Sales leadership
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to ideate, plan and design multi-channel campaigns that promote products and services to new audiences and generate qualified leads
  • Assist Sales in implementing their go-to-market strategy
  • Create educational and thought leadership content across various formats (e.g., articles, newsletters, case studies, infographics, or one-pagers) that highlight product value, outcomes, and Dataprana’s industry relevance
  • Translate technical product knowledge and industry insights into clear, compelling marketing messages and materials—including digestible insights and summaries that can be shared on platforms like LinkedIn and X
  • Help draft public-facing content such as press releases, blog posts, email campaigns, case studies and announcements
  • Assist in drafting internal newsletters and updates
  • Contribute to website and collateral updates to ensure product and service descriptions remain current and relevant
  • Ensure brand voice and formatting consistency across all written materials
  • Conduct ongoing research into digital asset infrastructure and Bitcoin mining trends to identify opportunities and support campaign/content messaging
  • Benchmark competitors and analyze product positioning to help refine marketing strategies
  • Help synthesize research findings into actionable insights for the Marketing and Sales teams, including simplified takeaways suitable for broader audience communication
  • Assist in planning and coordinating marketing initiatives around conferences, webinars, and partner events
  • Help develop event materials, signage, decks and presentations that communicate key company messages
  • Develop lead capture, follow-up, and tracking initiatives for events
  • Write or edit promotional materials for events, webinars, podcasts, and more
  • Support the creation of communication templates (speaker briefs, bios, talking points, etc.)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and refine pitch decks, product sheets, and presentations for internal and external use
  • Ensure all materials are visually aligned with brand guidelines and communicate product benefits effectively

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing, content, or communications role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Exceptional writing skills across both brand and product functions
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and translate technical or complex topics into clear messaging
  • Experience developing marketing content or collateral for B2B audiences
  • Proficiency in presentation, design, and editing tools (e.g., Google Slides, Canva, or Adobe Suite)
  • Foundational understanding of the digital asset/cryptocurrency industry, especially Bitcoin mining hardware and infrastructure
  • Canada or U.S.-based (authorized to work in the United States if U.S.-based)
  • Some travel may be required in this role for content creation, events, or team coordination. The ideal candidate must have the ability to travel internationally.

Nice to have:

  • 2+ years experience at a high-growth tech startup
  • Experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or go-to-market planning
  • Familiarity with event coordination or campaign management
  • Understanding of CRM or marketing automation/integration platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zapier)
  • Experience using Asana or similar project management software is a plus
What we offer:
  • Remote-first team culture with flexible working hours
  • Opportunity to work in a rapidly growing industry at the intersection of technology and finance
  • Collaborative, learning-focused, and growth-oriented environment
  • Performance-based annual cash bonus: Up to 15%
  • 10 days Paid Time Off (PTO) annually
  • 6 paid US holidays
  • 50% reimbursement for approved professional training
