Our client is seeking a Marketing Associate to join their team within the Branch Infrastructure and Capabilities group. In this role, you will oversee key aspects of the credit card release readiness process for their suite of products. This position sits within the Card Acquisition team within the Marketing Growth and Innovation organization of Card Services, a key business within their Consumer & Community Banking Group. As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for managing various components of our client's readiness process to ensure a flawless integration of key strategic consumer and business acquisition and engagement offers into the retail ecosystem. You will achieve this by partnering with the business to understand necessary requirements and working to build and validate those with the appropriate technology teams. You will also be responsible for identifying friction points within the current acquisition experience and partnering with their product and tech partners to develop solutions to mitigate. This role is hybrid in Columbus, OH (2 days onsite, 3 days remote). This is a 12 month contract, with likelihood to extend 12 months.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the readiness process to ensure seamless integration of strategic consumer and business acquisition and engagement offers into the retail ecosystem
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand essential requirements for successful integration
Work closely with technology teams to build and validate solutions that meet business needs
Identify friction points within the current acquisition experience and develop strategies to address them
Partner with product and technology teams to implement effective solutions that enhance the acquisition process
Ensure alignment and coordination across their various teams to achieve successful execution of strategic offers
Assist with the execution of various components of their branch modernization journey
Requirements:
Ability to handle multiple projects at once while maintaining a relentless attention to detail
Ability to handle changes in business direction and quickly pivot to maintain necessary timelines
Enthusiastic self-starter and innovative thinker with the ability to derive, formulate, and develop new concepts
Experience evaluating complex business problems, performing data analysis, and devising recommendations
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field of study, or equivalent relevant experience
Intellectual curiosity and the ability to move at a fast pace
Ability to understand and problem-solve within a complex technical infrastructure
High energy, effective communication skills, and a passion for the strategic use of data and capabilities
Proven ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
