Job Description

Our client is looking to fill the role of Marketing Associate. Coordinator/ Assistant. This role is for an enthusiastic, highly collaborative marketing professional who possesses a unique blend of creative and business skills, combined with the ability to deliver results. This individual will support the execution of synergy initiatives and custom multi-platform promotions to drive awareness, and engagement.

Job Responsibility

  • Work with Manager to ensure all budgets and reporting documents are up to date and accurate
  • Synthesize data into clear, digestible documents and presentations utilizing strong design skills
  • Ensure plan and execution details are updated weekly within marketing briefs, plans, production charts, and delivery charts so all teams and partners are aligned on deadlines
  • Work with Integrated Marketing & Synergy Leaders to execute plans across specific film titles and Disney+ releases
  • Source and share weekly updated asset packages with team members and partners
  • Organize all creative assets within network folders
  • Manage Synergy Inventory Deliveries across all Synergy Partners
  • Serve as an efficient, communicative, and collaborative team member, contributing creative ideas and executing plans effectively
  • Request all standard and custom assets (theatrical, in-home, streaming) needed for promotions and provide weekly status updates
  • Manage creative requests to Creative AV and Creative Content, including routing to legal, music legal, Integrated Marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure timely review and feedback
  • Keep the Integrated Marketing & Synergy team informed of new campaign content and special tags far enough in advance to adjust promotional materials
  • Attend meetings, take notes for team reference, and update project statuses based on discussions
  • Manage team meeting invites and book conference rooms
  • Take on additional projects as needed

Requirements

  • Excellent computer proficiency on Mac and Windows platforms, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, and Adobe tools
  • Strong ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions, and adapt quickly
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including interaction with senior executives, internal teams, and external partners
  • Proven ability to maintain strong working relationships
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proactive approach to identifying and managing new initiatives as needed
  • Understanding of social media platforms and familiarity with current trends
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong attention to detail is essential, including proofreading and accuracy across all materials
  • A strong design sense is required, particularly for decks and Keynote presentations
  • Role includes frequent documentation updates and Excel work, requiring high attention to detail
