Marketing Associate

• Develop proposals (write, copyedit, and proofread), qualifications packages, outlines, and agendas
• Proofread and copyedit marketing materials
• Manage large amounts of information
• Mentor junior staff on proposal development and assist with maintaining the proposal schedule
• Search for, identify, and distribute proposal solicitations as directed by the Marketing Manager and Marketing Director
• Travel to other offices, conferences, trade shows, and career fairs on occasion
• Create and deliver press releases
• Develop social media program and content
• Work with the Marketing Manager and Director to strategize and oversee the procurement of photo and video assets
• Recommend, implement, and maintain website
• Create and deliver marketing and promotional materials, both print and electronic
• Establish and maintain working relationships with other D&K staff and external teaming partners
• Serve as an effective team member of the Marketing Division

• Strong grammar, writing, and graphic design skills
• flexibility
• self-motivation, and desire to collaborate as a team
• Mac-based Adobe Creative Suite (required)
• Google and Microsoft applications (optional)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications or a similar field plus 8 years of experience
• 8 to 12 years of experience
