The role involves supporting commercial real estate brokers through operational tasks while contributing to marketing efforts that directly impact business success.
Job Responsibility:
Create and update marketing materials such as brochures, postcards, property descriptions, and branded presentations using Adobe InDesign
Maintain accurate and up-to-date property listings across the company website and industry platforms
Assist with multichannel marketing campaigns, including social media, email campaigns, and direct marketing efforts
Perform high-volume data entry with precision and ensure listing trackers, marketing expenses, and outsourced materials are well-managed
Collaborate with brokers to gather necessary documentation for transactions, such as listing agreements and commission agreements
Coordinate with external vendors for marketing production needs and property tour preparations
Offer administrative and customer service support to internal teams, brokers, and clients
Work closely with team members to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and streamline processes
Support sales reporting, database management, and the preparation of presentations and proposals
Conduct research and comparative analysis to enhance marketing strategies and deliverables
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or administrative roles, preferably in commercial real estate or related services
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign with at least 1 year of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with interpersonal abilities
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively
Experience producing marketing collateral and implementing multichannel marketing strategies
Ability to conduct research, prepare proposals, and perform comparative analysis
Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of taking initiative to support team objectives
Nice to have:
Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator is a plus
